If the Captools/net Desktop program appears to randomly freeze or hang during routine navigation on the Desktop, this may be due to a configuration in your Anti-virus or Security software.  In particular, it was found that this problem resolved itself when the "Web-Antivirus setting in "Kaspersky" antivirus software was disabled.
