Browser Log in failure
If any Captools/net browser based functions fail to get past the Log in page, even though you know you have the correct log-in, then a firewall or security software is blocking access to the computer's DNS name. The easiest solution is to use the IP address instead of the server's machine name. Run Captools/net Server Control Panel click on the Utilities menu and run the Windows Configuration Dialog. On the bottom left corner select "Use Ip Address" and click Ok.
