If you are performing a Captools/net installation and the CTNetCDmenu will not launch for some reason, you probably need the assistance of Captools Co. support staff.  In order to give them viewing access to your installation computer, you will need to download the Remote Host tool from the Captools website and launch it as follows:

a) Download the self-extracting file from http://www.captools.com/ctnet/WU/CTRemoteHost.exe and save to the DOWNLOADS folder (Do not save it elsewhere).

b) After it finishes downloading, simply run the CTRemoteHost.exe file.

c) When the 'Extract to:' dialog comes up leave everything default (the unzip location should be the current download location) and click on the 'Extract' button

d) Check to make sure that you now see 2 additional files 'RemoteHost.exe' and 'RemoteHost.cfg' in the location where it is extracted.

d) Run the 'RemoteHost.exe' to launch the Remote assistance dialog.
