Windows 7 Install workaround
If you download the CDnetCDmenu program or the CTNetSetup program on Windows 7 or Vista systems to a location other than your user "Download" folder, then these programs will not run. To resolve this problem, first delete the programs from the original download location (e.g. your desktop) and also delete the CTNetCDmenu from the \"your user id"\AppData\Local\Temp folder (for CTnetCDmenu) and delete the CTNetSetup program \"your user id"\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0 folder (for CTNetSetup program). Then download the CTNetSetup program to the downloads folder for your user Id and run that as administrator.
