Due to recent changes in the Windows 11 operating system, which has effectively disabled browser based functions in Captools/net we are altering our licensing this year to focus only on supporting existing licensees who have successfully moved their Captools/net  installation to a Windows 10 based virtual machine which supports Captools/net browser based features. We anticipate to shifting to a one time license fee for a given virtual machine installation which will "grandfather" existing licensees on that machine without expiration as long as it is operative. Existing licensees will be notified of details via email in advance of their current license expiration.

Windows 11+:  Updates to Windows 11 in 2024 have effectively blocked Captools/net reporting and importing user interfaces. Users with those operating systems must install a Windows 10 virtual machine, using their Windows 11 (or later machine) as host, and install Captools/net on the virtual machine in order to continue to operate it.
